🚔 BURY SOUTH - Neighbourhood Policing Update🚔

#ARREST Following concerns raised by residents at a recent PACT (Police and Communities Together) meeting, officers from the Whitefield Neighbourhood Policing Team have been carrying out targeted patrols in locations identified by the local community.

As a result of this proactive activity, a male was arrested in the Pilkington Park area on suspicion of immigration offences. This is the second arrest in the area relating to immigration offences and demonstrates our commitment to listening to community concerns and taking positive action where issues are identified.

We would like to thank those residents who continue to engage with us and provide information. The concerns raised through PACT meetings and local community engagement help us to direct our patrols and resources to the areas that matter most to you.

Our officers will continue to carry out high-visibility patrols, engage with residents, and work with partners to address issues affecting our neighbourhoods.
